This reformulation of my Rose Harissa blend makes life easier for the culinary adverturist. I have included a superb dehydrated tomato powder, garlic flakes and organic lemon peel to the blend so that the only thing you need to add to create this delicious sauce is a bit of warm water and olive oil.
3T of the Global Palate Rose Harissa Blend
2T warm water
Add the water to the Harissa blend in a small bowl and stir well. Add olive oil and stir until you have your desired consistancy depending on how you will use the paste. Cover and let rest for a few hours for the flavors to meld. You may need to add a bit more oil or water if it becomes too thick while sitting. The blend will keep for a few days in the refrigerator if well covered. or may be frozen.
