Global Palate Za'atar-1.5oz/42.5g clear top tin. This is my special recipe for an Israeli-style Za'atar. It is more herbacious than the Syrian type. I combine imported thyme, orégano, sea salt, sumac, lemon peel and white sesame seeds together to form a fragrant and delicious blend. It is perfect as a topping for vegetables or mixed with olive oil for a marinade. Contains salt.
